collectively). The words “you” and “your” refer to the business and the guarantors (individually and collectively). The words “us,” “we,”
and “our” refer to StartCap and its affiliates or partners. The representations you make in this application and the information and documents
(“supporting information”) provided to StartCap, its affilaite, or partners, are made with the purpose of obtaining credit for the business
and/or the individual. You acknowledge that we may rely on your representations to provide an offer. You certify that your statements are
true and correct in every detail and accurately represent your financial condition on the date given below. We are authorized to make an
soft-pull, no impact, credit inquiry to verify the accuracy of the information contained herein and determine your creditworthiness. We are further
authorized to answer any questions about our experience with you. By submitting this application, you consent to us obtaining and using
consumer credit reports in connection with this application to evaluate your creditworthiness. You understand and consent to the use of these
reports in decisions to deny your application or relay a funding offer. We may check credit and trade references in reviewing the above and
disclose information about our credit experience with you, as authorized by law. In addition to the information requested above, we may
request additional information from you. Neither the undersigned nor StartCap may commence, join, or be joined to any judicial action (as either an individual litigant or the member
of a class) that arises from the other party’s actions pursuant to this application and/or the agreement or that alleges that the other party has
breached any provision of, or any duty owed by reason of, this application and/or the agreement, until such party has notified the other party
of such alleged breach and afforded the other party a reasonable period after the giving of such notice to take corrective action.
Applicant understands that you are not obligated to accept any funding offer provided by us. In the event an appointment has been booked by Applicant and Applicant does not attend, or fails to reschedule before initial meeting date, a $50 "no-show" fee per missed appointment will
become due immediately. Applicant has a 7-day grace period to pay any "no show" fees due before incurring a $5 per day "no-show" late fee, not to exceed 10 days.
You acknowledge that you have read and understand this application and supporting information, that you agree to the terms and conditions, and that you have received and understand
any disclosures that accompany this application. You further understand and agree that StartCap may change the terms of, or add new terms
to, the agreement governing this application at any time, subject to applicable law, without further notice to you.
